METHODOLOGICAL INFORMATION

1. Description of methods used for collection/generation of data: RMSSD was obtained with a Polar Electro H7 HRS. This measurement was then transmitted, in real time and using Bluetooth technology, to the mobile IoTool application installed in the smartphone, which acted as the datalogger. The same application also registered the geo-localisation, in latitude and longitude, via the GPS incorporated into the mobile phone. Both measurements: heartbeat and geolocation, were then exported, in the form of CSV files.

2. Methods for processing the data: The data registers were processed, by Matlab R2016b, to obtain the RMSSD and then, once more, synchronised with the geolocation.

	Description: Latitude and longitude of the start and end point of the various areas of analysis.
