Clinical question: Is motor control exercise therapy effective in improving disability in adult patients with non-specific chronic low back pain and movement control impairment? Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of motor control exercise therapy in improving disability in adult patients with non-specific chronic low back pain and movement control impairment. Methodology: Study design: A triple-blind randomized controlled trial will be designed. Sample: The sample will consist of patients diagnosed with non-specific chronic low back pain by a primary care physician, between the ages of 18 and 65. Randomization: Random assignment will be conducted equally in the control and experimental groups. Intervention: Patients will be randomized and assigned to perform motor control exercises (experimental group) or general physical exercise (control group). Measurements: The Roland Morris Disability Questionnaire (RMDQ) will be used to measure the participants' disability for the primary objective. Secondary objectives will measure pain intensity, functionality, movement control impairment, pain catastrophism, and fear-avoidance. Calendar and evaluations: The intervention will last 4 weeks for both groups, with evaluations conducted before starting the intervention, immediately after, and at 6 months.
