| dc.description.abstract | Pregunta clínica: ¿Cuál es la prevalencia del Síndrome de Fricción de la Banda Iliotibial (SFBIT) en mujeres deportistas en la provincia de Lleida? ¿Son más prevalentes la anteversión femoral y los factores de riesgo biomecánicos en mujeres deportistas con SFBIT que en mujeres deportistas sanas? Objetivos: Determinar la prevalencia del SFBIT en mujeres deportistas de la provincia de Lleida entre 18-45 años. Evaluar y comparar el ángulo de anteversión femoral y los factores biomecánicos en la cinemática de carrera entre mujeres con el SFBIT y mujeres sanas. Metodología: Se realizará un estudio observacional transversal multicéntrico, que constará de dos fases: La primera fase, será un estudio observacional descriptivo transversal de prevalencia, llevado a cabo durante el año 2017. El tamaño de la muestra será de 238 mujeres deportistas de la provincia de Lleida entre 18 – 45 años. En la segunda fase se realizará un estudio observacional transversal analítico en el que se formarán dos grupos. Uno de los grupos estará compuesto por mujeres deportistas afectadas con el SFBIT mientras que el otro grupo estará formada por mujeres deportistas sanas. Se medirá el ángulo de anteversión femoral y se evaluarán algunos factores de riesgo derivados de la cinemática de carrera. | ca_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Clinical question: What is the prevalence of Iliotibial Band Friction Syndrome (ITBFS) in female athletes in the province of Lleida? Are the femoral neck anteversion and biomechanical risk factors more prevalent in female athletes with ITBFS than in healthy female athletes? Objectives: Determine the prevalence of ITBFS in female athletes between ages 18 and 45 in the province of Lleida. Evaluate and compare the angle of femoral anteversion and biomechanical risk factors in run kinematics between female athletes with ITBFS and healthy female athletes. Methodology: A multicenter cross-sectional study, which will consist of two distinct phases: - First: a cross-sectional descriptive observational study of prevalence, which will be carried out during 2017. The sample size will be 238 female athletes in the province of Lleida bewtween ages 18 and 45. - Second: an analytical cross-sectional study in which two groups will be formed. One of the groups will be composed of female athletes affected with ITBFS while the other group will consist of healthy female athletes.
