| dc.description.abstract | Este artículo presenta una lectura de la vida artística acontecida en Tàrrega entre 1939 y 1965 desde un punto de vista sistémico con la intención de determinar la existencia de un sistema artístico en la ciudad. En primer lugar, se documenta la actividad desarrollada en los sectores dedicados a la formación artística, los espacios expositivos y la recepción y crítica de arte a lo largo de este período. Seguidamente, se efectúa una comparativa con los resultados de una investigación anterior, centrada en documentar los mismos indicadores entre 1875 y 1936. Las continuidades detectadas apuntan hacia la existencia de un sistema artístico en Tàrrega desde finales del siglo xix, que posibilita el desarrollo del hecho artístico a lo largo de casi un siglo. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This paper presents a systemic view of Tàrrega’s artistic life between 1939 and 1965 and aims at determining the existence of an artistic system in this city. The art education sector, the exhibition infrastructures, and the art comments published by the local press are documented in order to perform a comparative analysis with a previous research focused in the same indicators between 1875 and 1936. Continuities found during both before and after the Spanish Civil War hiatus suggest the existence of an artistic system in Tàrrega since the late 19th century, which has facilitated artistic life in the area for almost a century. | |
