| dc.description.abstract | En octubre de 2019 miles de personas llenaron las calles de las principales ciudades de Chile en una ola de protestas sin precedentes, siendo el primer detonante el aumento del precio del metro en Santiago y la consecuencia última el anuncio de la celebración de un plebiscito para determinar si se quería una nueva Constitución. A nuestro entender, tanto esas algaradas de descontento popular como la solución propuesta obedecen a causas profundas que el repaso a la historia constitucional chilena de las últimas cuatro décadas puede ayudar a explicar. | ca_ES |
