| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto trata de demostrar la importancia de realizar un programa educativo para mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas que han sufrido un ictus, con la finalidad de dar respuesta a los problemas y complicaciones más comunes que derivan de esta patología. El objetivo principal de este proyecto es mejorar la calidad de vida de estas personas a través de un programa formativo dirigido a sus cuidadores principales. Las bases de datos que han sido consultadas para realizar la búsqueda bibliográfica han sido las siguientes, Crochrane Library, Pubmed, Dialnet, Google Scholar, Scopus, SEN, CINAHL. La población diana está constituida por cuidadores principales de personas que han sufrido un ictus, y que han sido ingresadas en la planta de neurología del Hospital Universitario Arnau de Vilanova (de ahora en adelante HUAV) durante el año 2017. La selección de los participantes se realizará en la planta de neurología, en la cual se les informará de la existencia del programa y la voluntad de ellos a participar en el estudio habiendo firmado, previamente, un consentimiento informado. El diseño metodológico seleccionado es el de un estudio analítico cuasi-experimental pre-post de un solo grupo. Los instrumentos de medida empleados en esta intervención son, la escala ECVI-38, el índice de Barthel, la realización de entrevistas individualizadas al finalizar el programa y un cuestionario de satisfacción. La duración de la intervención será de 8 semanas, se realizará 1 sesión por semana donde se tratarán las principales complicaciones que causa el ictus, este programa incluirá ejercicios de rehabilitación de la fuerza muscular, cuidados básicos de la sonda nasogástrica (SNG), sesiones informativas sobre adaptación de un aseo a las necesidades del paciente, o aprender a comunicarse de forma efectiva entre otras. | ca_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This project aims to prove the importance of carrying out an educational programme for the improvement of the quality of life for people who have suffered a brain stroke. Its serves the purpose of helping with the problems and complications most commonly encountered in this pathology. The main objective of this project is the improvement of the quality of life through a training programme designed for their daily carers. Most frequently used data bases for the bibliographic research in this project have been Crochrane Library, Pubmed, Dialnet, Google Scholar, Scopus, SEN, and CINAHL. The main target are daily carers for patients who have suffered a brain stroke and have been in the Neurology wards of Hospital Universitari Arnau de Vilanova, in Lleida, Spain (from now on HUAV) in 2017. Selection of participants will be carried out in the Neurology wards. They will be informed of the existence of the programme and they will participate in it at will by previously signing an informed consent. The methodological design selected is that of a quasi-experimental analytical study pre-post of a single group. The measuring instruments that will be used in the intervention are will be ECVI-38 scale (Spanish stroke-specific quality of life scale), Barthel Index, personal interviews at the end of the programme and a feedback questionnaire. The duration of the intervention will be 8 weeks and weekly sessions will be held, in which main complications of brain stroke will be discussed, i.e. exercises for regaining muscular strength, basic caring techniques for the nasogastric tube feeding (SNG in Spanish), Informative sessions on adaptation of a toilet seat to the needs of the patient or learning how to communicate in an effective way will also be part of the programme. | ca_ES |
