dc.description.abstract | The aim of this end-of-degree thesis is to design a Power BI report to help the internal Call Centre of a company in tracking their performance refreshed each day and summarized in a way that they can understand the information represented at first right. The task on which the tool will be focused is the one concerning the issues with prices in the provider transactions. It can happen that there is an expected price to buy a certain product to a certain provider, but the product is bought for another price. This is an issue that needs to be solved and when the workshops realise about it, they call our end users, and it is registered. The more issues solved, the better the performance. Nowadays, the manager of the department needs to do an Excel sheet every single time he or someone in the team want to know the performance of the team. The tool developed will help in reducing this mechanic task, as well as having this information every day without any action needed to be taken and summarized in visuals and tables from different points of view, which will improve the understanding of the information. | |
