dc.description.abstractCultural activities ¿ and theatres are no exception ¿ interact with the urban spaces where they take place. However, despite this potential, few studies have analysed the interactions between theatres and urban space. The aim of this article is to show that there is not only a 'location map of Barcelona's theatres' but also that a wide range of circumstances contribute to a distribution of activities linked to the theatre fabric throughout the city.
