Design and implementation of the application for the Lleida Loyalty Cross Program

This project is composed of two parts. The first part is focused on the business side and the second part is focused on the engineering side. In the first part, we will see a global and theoretical explanation of what customer’s loyalty is. Besides, we are going to explain the results of the surveys that we have done so as to know the opinion of the different shops in Lleida. On the other hand, the second part is totally focused on the implementation of the web application, applying the results obtained in the first theoretical part.
