Signature strengths are Kindness, Teamwork and Fairness, these are strength focus on others and heart strengths. It can be relate with the kind of enterprise. Different studies found that zest, hope, curiosity, gratitude, and spiruatility are the best strengths to predict job satisfaction, in our study
the levels of gratitude and curiosity grade better than hope, zest and spiruality, these give low marks. The levels of satisfaction with life are slightly satisfied, the most of the sample confirm that they feel satisfy with their life. And they feel happy with their situation and life. Further studies will be developing an intervention to improve these signature strengths.
